PMR Property Management Report

Property inspections, recorded on the phone
and signed off before you leave.

PMR walks your agent through a property room by room, captures condition, contents, photographs, GPS and signatures on site, and produces the signed PDF report before anyone leaves the building.

Built for South African letting agents. Works with no signal.

How a tenancy runs through PMR

1

List the property

Address, owner and what the house is made of. Type the bedroom and bathroom counts and the room list builds itself. Mark it furnished and a full inventory of the contents is built with it.

2

Check the tenant in

Rate every room, check off every item, attach the signed lease, and both parties sign on the screen. This is the record everything later is measured against.

3

Keep the maintenance list

A running register per property. Anything still open carries forward to the next visit, so nothing is quietly dropped between inspections.

4

Check out, and settle

Every room and item is shown beside what it was at move-in. Anything that dropped is flagged, and the deposit is settled from those differences.

The deposit argument, answered

A deposit dispute is an argument about what a property looked like a year ago. The check-out carries the check-in beside it, room by room and item by item, so the findings are agreed at the property rather than argued over a week later.

Furnished lets, fully inventoried

Tick one box and PMR builds the contents list: every room, the kitchenware and the appliances, each with a quantity. Every visit checks it off as present, damaged or missing, and it exports as a spreadsheet.

Your reports stay yours

Reports, photographs and tenant details live on your agents' devices. We never receive them and never store them. We hold your agency's account and a count of the reports you produce, nothing more.
